Frequently asked questions
The engraved glass plaque, 61×61 mm, is made for outdoor use. It withstands frost, rain and direct sunlight for at least 10 years – as long as the service itself is valid.
No. The plaque comes with 3M VHB 4991B adhesive already applied – just degrease and wipe the surface of the stone and press the plaque on. No tools and no stonemason are needed.
Up to 18 photographs can be added to each memorial. Each photograph can have a caption of up to 500 characters. Photographs are uploaded from a computer or a phone.
Both the basic and the premium package include the activation of 3 memorials. Every additional memorial (the 4th and beyond) can be added for 499 Kč – there is no technical limit.
The validity can be extended. A memorial never disappears without a deliberate decision by the family. We will notify you by e-mail before it expires.
The family sets the visibility. A memorial can be public, or private with access only after entering a password.
