When ordering a headstone, the family can add a QR plaque with an activated memorial. The stonemason installs the plaque during assembly. The family gets a complete solution in one place – and the stonemason receives commission.
Technical specifications of the QR plaques
Dimensions
A standard plaque of 61×61 mm. Designed precisely for discreet placement on a headstone without disturbing the overall design.
Material
Laser engraving in toughened glass with UV-stable colour. The engraving is permanent and will not fade even after decades. Resistant to frost, rain and UV radiation for 10+ years.
Fixing
The plaque comes with 3M VHB 4991B adhesive already applied. Just degrease the surface of the headstone and press the plaque on. No tools and no stonemason are needed.
Delivery

Frequently asked questions
No. The stonemason only attaches the physical plaque to the stone. Everything else – activation, the memorial, technical support – is handled by the customer and Stopy v srdci.
Yes. Stonemason partners can order plaques in larger quantities at a discount. Contact us for the terms of bulk orders.
On rougher or porous surfaces the surface has to be cleaned and primed before installation. After such preparation, 3M VHB 4991B adhesive can be used on these surfaces as well.
