How it works – from creating a memorial to a QR code on the grave
Creating a digital memorial is free and takes a few minutes. You only pay once you are satisfied and want to activate the memorial. We will take you through the whole process step by step.

Six steps to a digital memory
The whole process from signing up to a working QR code on the headstone.

Free registration
Sign up by e-mail or through Google, Facebook or Seznam. Registration is free and takes two minutes.

You create a memorial
You add the name and life dates and choose the cemetery from the database. A basic memorial is ready in a few minutes.

You fill it with content
You upload up to 18 photographs, each with a caption of up to 500 characters. You write the life story, insert a video or audio and save the GPS position for navigation to the grave.

You activate and pay
When you are satisfied, you activate the memorial with a one-off payment through GoPay or by bank transfer. It is valid for 10 years.

You receive the QR code
You either download the QR code file (PDF, PNG, SVG) for your own printing, or order an engraved glass plaque delivered by DPD.

You place it on the headstone
You attach the glass plaque, which comes with 3M adhesive already applied, to the headstone. The family then scans the QR code with a phone and opens the memorial.
Creating one is completely free
Creating memorials costs nothing. First prepare everything at your own pace – photographs, stories, memories. Only once you are satisfied with the result do you decide to activate it. No annual fees, no subscription – you pay once and the memorial is yours for 10 years.

Each memorial works out at 49.90 Kč a year – less than a single candle. The package contains 3 memorials and each additional one can be added for 499 Kč.
Frequent questions
No. Signing up and creating memorials is completely free. You only pay when you decide to activate the memorial and make it available through a QR code. Before activation you can prepare and review everything at your own pace.
No. You can choose the cheaper option, where you receive only the QR code file (PDF, PNG, SVG) for your own printing or engraving. The glass plaque is the premium option, ready for immediate installation.
The glass plaque comes with 3M VHB 4991B adhesive already applied. Just clean and degrease the surface of the headstone, remove the protective film and press the plaque on. No tools and no stonemason are needed.
The activation package includes 3 memorials. Every additional memorial can be added for 499 Kč for 10 years. There is no technical limit – useful for family tombs, for example.
Before the 10-year period ends we will contact you with an offer to extend it. If you decide not to extend, the memorials will not be deleted, only deactivated – the data will stay in your account.
