Creating memorials is completely free. You pay once for activation – for the creation of your personal space for memories, for keeping them safe and for making them available through a QR code for 10 years.
The thinking behind our pricing
We try to keep prices as affordable as possible while maintaining stable server operation and the continuous development of the platform. All payments are one-off and valid for the full 10 years – no annual fees, no subscription, no hidden costs. On our pages you will find no advertising or other distractions that would disturb the dignity of remembrance. Each memorial works out at less than 50 Kč a year.

Validity of the service
After 10 years the service does not renew automatically and no further fees are charged. Before the end of this period we will contact you with an offer to extend it, but it is entirely up to you whether you want to continue. If you decide not to extend the service, the memorials will not be deleted, only deactivated.

We offer our customers a unique glass plaque with an engraved QR code, which connects the physical grave with the digital memorial in a way that is attractive and respects the dignity of the place.
- Made of toughened light grey glass in a restrained design
- Features golden ornaments and a contrasting black QR code
- High-quality 3M VHB 4991B adhesive applied in advance
- UV stable and resistant to the outdoor environment
- Suitable for bonding to glass, marble and other polished headstones
- Simple to apply – just clean the surface and stick it on
- A long life and resistance to the weather
Note: Before applying the glass QR code, the surface has to be solid and properly cleaned of dust, grease and dirt.
Delivery time for glass QR codes
If you order a package including the engraved glass QR code, the delivery time depends on how busy production currently is. We make the engraved glass QR codes ourselves on our own equipment, and as each one is made to order, dispatch can take more than a week. Dispatch does not restrict memorials that have already been activated.

Payment methods
We offer two ways of paying for our services:
- Online payment through the GoPay payment gateway – immediate activation once the payment succeeds. We support Visa and Mastercard payment cards, online bank transfers and other methods.
- Bank transfer – activation once the amount is credited to our account (usually 1–3 working days). You will receive the payment details once the order is complete.
You will receive the invoice for the payment by e-mail and it will also be available to download in your user account.
Creating memorials free of charge
Creating memorials is completely free. First prepare everything at your own pace – photographs, stories, memories. Only once you are satisfied should you decide to activate them. No annual fees, no subscription – you pay once and the memorials are yours for 10 years.
Frequently asked questions about prices
Why is the service charged for 10 years?
We chose a ten-year period as the best compromise between an affordable price and the long-term sustainability of the service. We guarantee that for the full 10 years we will duly pay for hosting services, maintain the database and keep your data secure.
Is it possible to withdraw from the contract and get a refund?
Given the nature of the service, which is provided to order, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and request a refund once the memorials have been activated. Before activation you have the opportunity to create and review the memorials in full.
How much does adding another memorial cost?
Each memorial costs 499 Kč for 10 years – that is exactly 49.90 Kč a year, less than a single candle. You pay the same price from the fourth memorial onwards, and the first three are included in the activation package at the same unit price.
What happens to my memorials after 10 years?
When the 10-year activation period ends we will contact you with an offer to extend it. If you decide not to extend, the memorials will only be deactivated and the data will remain stored in your account.
